Steve Malachowski
Graduated from the University of Southern California in 1983 with a degree in Business Administration. He served in several sales/marketing roles with Aetna Life & Casualty before starting his first real estate business in 1988. Since that time he has owned and managed a wide variety of properties including office, multi-family, retail and industrial. His current portfolio consists of office, specialty and multi-tenant retail properties, a 157 acre mixed-use land development, and a 3,000 acre all season mountain resort community.
Steve is also the founder and board member of Tenura Holdings, Inc., which includes two residential real estate brokerages, a mortgage bank and title insurance agency. Tenura currently has 250+ agents/employees and processes more than 2,500 transactions annually.
Greg Porter
Graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1997 with a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Greg was an accomplished technology sales professional with Wheelgroup Corp and Cisco Systems. During that time he began investing in commercial real estate by participating in several successful land projects. After moving to Austin in 2005 he decided to pursue real estate investment exclusively and in 2006 formed MP commercial partners.
